一是因为表调槽管理不到位(槽液调整不及时,活性不足,表调效果变差);二是表调不充分,因表调液工作时呈静态,对流性较差,会造成一槽本体的表调效果有差异。挂具设计不合理。挂具的横梁1mm供悬挂本体用,但由于横梁过粗,结果造成横梁与孔问隙很小(间隙2mm),磷化o~:fL内析氢严重且不易外逸,还由于磷化时挂具抖动少,必然影响孔内磷化效果,这是孔内易返锈的原因。后处理质量低。磷化后的防锈浸热机油防锈效果差。
